The Prince was tall and his saxe blue eyes shone brightly. It seemed that his eyes illuminated the whole room. His hair was dark brown, cleanly cut and shiny. His face is strikingly handsome. He has this features that only a prince can behold. And his stature is mannered and genteel. He was wearing this smile that is infectious and at the same time, mischievous.

He bowed to the ladies and greeted them a pleasant evening. The ladies curtsied and replied his greeting. “Your highness, it is an honor to meet you.” Mary said and the smile she is wearing cannot be wiped off. She was in awe and she is obviously stunned by the Prince. “It is a pleasure to meet you. And may I ask of you to call me Sebastian.” “Of course.” Mary replied and her voice was trembling. The Prince turned his gaze towards Marie and flashed her with a smile.

“Sebastian, this is my daughter.” The Duke said and pointed Marie. Marie curtsied again and said, “My name is Marie, your Highness.” “Do not refer me as such. You may call Sebastian.” “Very well, then.” Marie retorted and smiled.

The Prince’s heart skipped a beat when Marie smiled at him. He never felt this kind of intense sensation before. His body went numb for a couple of minutes. He felt something very different from Marie from all the ladies his eyes had beheld before. He might have been enchanted by her royal blue eyes, and her russet colored hair. Her body is perfectly chiseled and her face whose contours are undeniably attractive. The heir duchess might be one of the few exquisite faces in the country.

The Duke led the Prince to the table and he let him sat next to Stephen. The people in the table had a very appetizing supper and they enjoyed each viand being served.

The young men and young ladies went to the porch after the dinner to talk and spend time before going to sleep. Stephen and Marie walked together as they followed Mary and Sebastian. Mary seems very interested to the Prince and wanted to talk to him all night long. This was an idea of Marie and Stephen chuckled as he heard her opinion.

The servants brought them wine and they sat at the seats located at the porch. Sebastian and Stephen let the ladies sat first before they are as a sign of respect for them. As soon as they all sat down, the talks of the young people began.
